Hello from the 2^nd Wallingford Scout Group!

We are 120+ Wallingford Beavers, Cubs and Scouts (both boys and girls) and their Leaders (men and women). We have close links with Explorer Scouts (run by Thames Chiltern Scout District) who also meet in our hut.

We are part of the Scouting community of Oxfordshire and of the wider UK Scouting Association. 2nd Wallingford Scout Group is located in the Thames Chiltern District (thameschilternscouts.org.uk) of Scouts and from time to time events are run for young people from the whole district, e.g. camps, athletics events or chess tournaments.

The Group is supported behind the scenes by its Group Scout Leader, and by a team of people who volunteer to help in a number of different ways, perhaps helping at evening meetings, camps or other projects or events or by being a member of the Group Executive Committee.

This help is invaluable to keep the Group in good shape and if you would like to join in, please contact us or speak to one of the Leaders directly. Thank you.
