Last Term’s Highlights
Autumn and Winter term had a lot of activities packed into them. The Beavers did several badges, including photography, space, global challenge and creative challenge. We were very impressed with their Autumn photos and how they looked at the different features of the season. Space night turned all of them into spacemen and it was great to see their outfits!!!
Farm to Fork Visit
Last term we visited Tesco to find out where our food comes from, lots of tasting of new foods and doughnut making….yummy.

Seeonee Cubs visit Goring Fire Station
On 12th March, Seeonee Cubs spent a great evening at Goring Fire Station. After learning about Fire Safety, seeing Akela and Baloo getting into firemen suits and being shown round a fire engine, the Cubs were let loose with Fire Hoses. On a serious note they were shown cars used to practice cutting people out. At the end of the night they were presented with their Fire Safety Badge.
Beavers’ Space Night 2014
On a cold November night in late November the Beavers took part in the very first ‘Wallingford… Mission to the Moon!’ During an evening packed with jumping to the planets, glow stick constellations, making telescopes and space food snacks, the Beavers worked hard to earn their Space badge. We even got to go home in our very own space suits and rocket packs! Great fun!
